When managing a project, the project manager would love to work with team members who not only get along but who also meet their goals in a timely manner. It would be great if this would happen but having a dream team like this doesn’t always happen.

As a leader, making sure that your team members connect is one of important responsibilities that you may have. A team that is connect means that if an issue arises, then the team works together to solve the issue. One example of a connected team that we have from recent history is The Obama Presidential Election team. I would call it the “Obama Connection” because they used Web 3.0 strategies to connect with supports to not only raise money but also votes.

Making Team Work, Work

In an “ideal teaming environment” all the team members work together to ensure that anything negative doesn’t impact their team. Negative attitude and actions can cause a team to hit roadblocks that may disrupt the flow of teaming. Being able to identify the negative things is something that business owner or team manager should make sure they identify early on.
