After Senator Ted Kennedy passed away I was surprised to see that he had almost become a Green Bay Packer. On his senate website, it says that he was approached by then Packer Head Coach Lisle Blackbourn. Blackbourn told Kennedy he had caught the attention of several talent scouts and that they gave Kennedy a hearty recommendation for whoever wanted to pick him up.
