High Definition Cricket

I’ve always been a bit of a technogeek, although I’m not old enough to remember the introduction of colour, I just about remember the transition from Betamax to VHS, definitely remember Cassette to CD and I was using a Digital Versatile Disc before any of my friends could say Multi-Region. I’ve had (at least) 5.1 sound, 100hz and 28 inches (so to speak) for the best part of 8 years.
But the introduction of High Definition television hadn’t really piqued my interest, until I read this:

Intriguing website – The Cricketing Yak

I stumbled over this site today – The Cricketing Yak – a really nice use of Google Earth to graphically display the locations of either test cricket venues or places where cricket is currently taking place. And what’s more, you can get it as a module for your Google Homepage.
