Brothers came out in theaters yesterday and if there wasn’t a freak blizzard in my city, I would have seen it by now.  It really does look amazing and the cast is so strong – Tobey Maguire, Natalie Portman and Jake Gyllenhaal.

Have you seen the trailer for the upcoming movie Brothers?  If you haven’t, you need to!  The film has a strong cast led by Tobey Maguine, Natalie Portman and Jake Gyllenhall and looks like these three might be delivering their best performances to-date.
The plot revolves around family man, Captain Sam Cahill (Maguire), a Marine who is sent on his fourth tour of duty and must leave the comfort of his home with his wife, high school sweetheart Grace (Portman), and their two young daughters.

Director Sam Raimi recently talked about Spider-Man 4 and I don’t know whether to be excited or worried.  It already has a release date (May 6, 2011) but it doesn’t have a script or a confirmed cast.  Honestly, that date is not that far away so I hope they think this through before they release something awful (and, to be honest, Spider-Man 3 was close to awful).
