Tricep Isolation For Bigger Arms

We all want bigger and better arms, but don’t just focus on your biceps. The under side of your arm needs attention too. The video below gives a very good demonstration on sculpting your triceps. Notice how the vlogger emphasizes his tricep movements and keeps his elbows in.
Elbow placement on tricep exercises is a huge deal. By keeping your elbows tucked in close to your side, you’re working almost all tricep. It’s also a good idea to flex as the vlogger suggests. Flexing makes sure you’re getting a great burn.
