Comcast Looks Over Opportunities

Comcast Chief Executive Brian Roberts has stated that his company will be looking at all of its possible opportunities in the content business going forward in an attempt to expand. However, Roberts, CEO of the largest cable operator in the United States, refused to comment on the specifics.
Comcast is widely believed to be in talks with General Electric Co to acquire a majority stake in NBC Universal in a move that would combine Comcast’s cable assets, $4 billion to $6 billion in cash, and NBC Universal to create a new content company.
