UFC 100: Dan Henderson KOs Michael Bisping

Michael Bisping’s UK team might have swept the Ultimate Fighter finals but it was Dan Henderson who got the last laugh on Saturday night at UFC 100. For the first round of their fight he stalked Bisping and threw huge right hand bombs that kept the British fighter retreating. For his part, Bisping looked more like one of TUF team than it’s coach and was unable to respond with more than a few anxious jabs. In the second, the route continued until Henderson landed a power shot that sent Bisping to the canvas, out cold at 3:20 of round two.

Brock Lesnar causes controversy at UFC 100

On Saturday night at UFC 100, Brock Lesnar snuffed out Frank Mir and became the undisputed UFC heavyweight champion. But it wasn’t exactly the kind of victory that would make for a good uplifting movie because afterwards Brock Lesnar the professional fighter reverted back to Brock Lesnar the professional wrestler.

Full UFC 100 Results

UFC 100 has come and gone and we’ve got all the results from the biggest UFC event of the year!
Brock Lesnar made Frank Mir eat his words tonight, taking his opponent down in both the first and second rounds and slipping a number of punches right to the kisser through Mir’s arms. Despite an early leglock attempt in the first and flying knee in the second from Frank Mir, Brock’s size and strength were just too much. The fight ended 1:48 into the second round when Lesnar pinned Mir against the cage and knocked him unconscious.
Georges St Pierre dominated Thiago …read more

Now we’ll take a look at the main event featuring fake fighter turned real fighter Brock Lesnar against ground expert Frank Mir.
The fun thing about this fight is both guys have weaknesses that the other is easily capable of exploiting. Lesnar has only been training mixed martial arts for a few years and there’s no way his jiu jitsu is even close to Frank Mir’s. …read more

This weekend at UFC 100, the coaches of the Ultimate Fighter season 9 will finally fight. Dan Henderson and Michael Bisping are worlds apart from each other both literally and figuratively. First let’s look at Dan ‘Hendo’ Henderson. He started out as a wrestler and represented the US in the 1992 and 1996 Olympics (something the UFC didn’t push much, a …read more
