Snow Day in Seattle Forces Cancellation of Huskies Game

I thought it only rained in Seattle.
Seattle has been getting pounded by snow for about a week and now the University of Washington has to postpone its game against Lehigh scheduled for Tuesday afternoon.
The campus has had to shut down operations and Lehigh can’t even fly into Seattle because of the bad weather. The game is not being rescheduled.
Not to worry Lehigh. There are plenty of Division I teams down here in warmer (but rainy right now) Southern California you can to beat up on to boost (or weaken) your strength of schedule.

The University of Washington that is.
Abdul Gaddy, one of the top recruits in the nation, who had originally committed to the University of Arizona, but had a change of heart after Wildcats coach Lute Olson announced his retirement last week, has verbally committed to Washington.
His father, Abdul Gaddy, Sr. made the announcement on Tuesday on dawgman.com.
Gaddy, a 6-foot-3, 170 pound senior point guard is from Bellarmine Prep in Washington will make it official during the early signing period on Nov. 12.
Gaddy was also considering UCLA once the wheels started falling off at Arizona.
