In this video, you can learn about incorporating a fitness routine while you are on vacation. Sure, you are on vacation but it’s actually a good time to start working out. The workout consists of four parts:
Biking/walking for cardio
Crunches for core/abs
Pushups for chest/triceps
Pullups for lats/biceps
With this vacation workout routine, you actually don’t need any equipment. So you can do the workout anywhere. With a good workout routine, you can get healthy, have more energy, sleep better and feel good about yourself. There are some parts of the video that are a little corny but the information is good.
