Most nights before bed, I click on SportsCenter to see how my beloved Milwaukee Brewers are doing. They’re not as good as I’d like them to be, thanks for asking. :)
The other night there was a 30 second ad that caught my eye, from famous beer maker Samuel Adams.

Sure, it’s advertising, but it’s good advertising in my opinion. It’s all about making your employees happy, finding passionate employees who love your mission, your vision, and your values. Happy employees make better beer…and they make your company better.
