Flip Video Updates Their FlipShare Software

I’ve been an owner, user and fan of the Flip Video camera for a year now. I first received one before a family trip to Disney and it was absolutely perfect for capturing some of the memories of the trip. In fact, I found myself pulling out the Flip more frequently than even the still camera to capture the moment.
The weak link for the product in my opinion was the video management software and connection device to access all your videos on your camera. For my personal use I didn’t think there were enough features and options and I found …read more
Video: Peyton Manning Gives Bad Gifts
December 5, 2009 by Miranda Marquit

One of the most difficult things about holiday shopping is trying to figure out exactly the right thing to get everyone on your list. This can be especially heard if you are on a budget. I thought that this MasterCard commercial featuring Peyton Manning was great, since it resonates with the challenged gift-giver in all of us:
The good news, though, is that if you give thoughtful gifts, they don’t have to cost very much. Indeed, you can give inexpensive gifts, as long as you manage to make them more personal. This has its own set of challenges. However, an inexpensive …read more

Junior Seau Run Over By a Bull

Apparently former NFL great Junior Seau is bored with retirement. Or perhaps he missed being hit. Why else would he purposely put himself in the ring with a bull?
TMZ reports that Seau was a guest at the Professional Bull Rider’s Invitational this weekend and jumped in the ring to participate. Why? We don’t know. I suppose when you’re constantly up against guys who are 300-some pounds, running with something as “harmless” as an angry bull seems like no big deal.
Catch this video which shows Seau getting hit.
It apparently looks worse than …read more
Collinsworth Embarrassed Over 1984 Video

In the digital age, nothing we do or say is ever forgotten. Even something like an interview from 1984 can make an NFL analyst blush and force out an apology. Such is the case for Cris Collinsworth, who was recently having to talk about an old Monday Night Football halftime feature from 1984, in which he talked about how he picked up chicks. Embarrassing doesn’t begin to cover it.
In the video, he says he gets chicks by “walking around with $100 bills hanging out of his pockets” and likes “girls who aren’t too bright …read more
BMW’s Z4 Coupe Commercial With Robin Rhode

Now this is interesting – BMW, an automotive company that happens to have a long history in the arts, has released a pretty incredible new commercial that for the Z4. Artist Robin Rhode uses the roadster as a 306hp paintbrush, creating a unique, colorful performance that’s more than just about how hot the car is (which, of course, it for sure is that too).
I’ll let you take a minute to watch the video…
This is the first time in a long time a car commercial has looked this fun and totally sexy.
The best part? You can recreate the 3D experience if …read more
Bill Belichick: Mentor?

What I always say that what the NFL needs is more coaches like the New England Patriots’ Bill Belichick.
NOT!
But apparently Josh McDaniels, the new coach for the Denver Broncos (and former coach under Belichick) is trying to bring Belichick’s way of doing things to the Broncos.
I was able to wrap my head around the fact that his cut-off sweatshirt wearing, videotaping presence was contained to the Pats. Now these “protégés” of his are popping up all over and bringing the outlook that no player is bigger than the team to the rest of the league. (Like Jay Cutler, …read more
PC Vs Mac Transformers Video
I came across an amusing short film through one of my twitter friends, @stanleytang. The video has some wonderful visual effects, takes unexpected turns, and keeps us at the edge of the seat. Inspired by Transformers, what starts off as a harmless debate about whether the PC or the Mac is greater turns into a full-blown battle between… you will see what.
I am looking forward to the sequels. Tell me there are sequels. Dan Chianelli and Nick Granlee are the directors of the movie. The latter calls himself a digital impositor and you can find more of his videos on his website.
