Vint Cerf: Online Video Will Be More Downloaded Than Streamed

Vint Cerf, the father of the Internet, says online video will be more downloaded than streamed — the same way music is today. That doesn’t precisely jive with Cisco’s predictions, but it certainly has precedent in online audio.
Aside from having fathered the Internet, Dr. Cerf also serves as VP and Chief Internet Evangelist of Google. You have to wonder what his prophecy means for Google’s streaming-only YouTube.
