This game looks downright sick.

The basic premise is that you play “War”, one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. The world came to an end too soon [oops] and now you have to find out who’s behind it.

Darksiders: Wrath of War is set for an early 2010 release and will be available for PS3 and 360.

It makes a lot of sense.  Soldiers returning from duty who are looking for ways to ease their PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) have an online resource they can turn to: www.ReturningSoldierYoga.org.

Like the website says when you enter, it provides returning veterans with a way to locate yoga classes in their areas for stress relief, general health and conditioning.

Even better, the website helps soldiers find discounted classes, making it more affordable to get involved and engaged.  Many of us know about the great benefits yoga has for the body and the mind–nice to know that our soldiers who have been on the front lines experiencing extreme stress are also finding relief and peace through the practice. 

Nice to see that the toll war can take on a person could be eased through the healing practice of yoga.  Hope those of you who have family and friends who have been there–you, too–check out the website and give yoga a try, and find out why it is such a satisfying and healing form of exercise.  Great for the body, mind and spirit.
