iPhone While Your Workout?

I have the iTouch and the iPhone to help me in my iWorkout. I got the iTouch for Christmas and went for the iPhone because my old phone had recently become so horrible I had to switch to a new one and if you’re going to get a new phone, why not the iPhone right?

Sports Drinks and Your Workout

Today’s blog involves two very important and common questions involving sports drinks.
Should you choose Gatorade, Powerade, Vitamin Water, or another sports drink over water for your workout?
It depends on your workout intensity. If you’re involved in a very intense workout for over 45 minutes, you should have a sports drink because your body is losing electrolytes (sodium, potassium, carbs, etc.) The amount you drink should be around 25 ounces per hour of high intensity workout.

Have you ever heard the phrase “success breeds more success”? I believe it to be the truth. Just as you can get have a snowball effect with gaining weight and losing money, you can also start generating momentum to winning and being successful. Lifting weights and fitness falls right in line.

Motivation For Working Out

Your success in working out can be boiled down to this blog. The key question is what motivates you? If your motivation isn’t there, your workout will not materialize to any significant level.
Motivation is why we start working out and the lack thereof is why we stop working out. Now, keep in mind I’m not talking about music here.
