How Long Should My Workout Be?

Your weight lifting workout will ideally last somewhere around 50 70 minutes. How long you go really depends on you and how you feel, but from my experience and what I read on the web prior to writing this post, the general opinion is about an hour.

How To Find Time To Workout

The most common excuse you will see proffered as why someone doesn’t workout is time.  “I’m too busy to go to the gym,” is a common phrase.  However, the truth isn’t a lack of time, it’s a lack of determination to find time.
