Bueller…Bueller

So you should already know what kind of t-shirt I’m going to share from the title! Anyone who does not know which movie ‘Bueller’ is in reference to, needs to seek help. I can’t count the number of times where someone says something that strikes the opportunity to quote a line from Feris Bueller’s Day Off. Now matter how hold you are, how young, that movie has stuck around in being everyone’s all time favorites. That is why I love this shirt.

So if you know this movie as well as I do (and everyone else on the planet for that matter) you will know that the line on this t-shirt is from when Cameron, Sloan and Ferris are trying to get a table in that fancy restaurant for lunch. Well, Ferris is trying to. He sneaks a peek at the reservations book to use a name to pretend they have called ahead, and chooses ‘Abe Froman’.

“Abe Froman?”
“The Sausage King of Chicago?”

Ferris pulls a prank on the telephone line to prove that yes, Ferris is Abe Froman, the Sausage King of Chicago. Ten minutes later, the 3 of them are sitting down to lunch.

As I said earlier, almost more often than not, someone can say something that triggers a line from Ferris Bueller’s Day off. So just the other day, a girl at work offered off some gummy bears. The person beside her said sure! And then she warned them that they are a bit stale. What do I do? I say aloud “They’ve been in my pocket.” The girl beside me bursts our laughing.

For any of you die hard Ferris Buellers Day Off fans out there – you should know.
