Raindrop Party

It all started way back when with Mary Poppins. At the very beginning of the movie, Mary Poppins is sitting on a cloud doing her make up. The cloud looks so comfortable and she’s just sitting there having a little bit of a ride. Ever since then, when ever I am in a plane over looking the clouds, they look just so soft and comfy that I want to jump out of the plane and just sit on one for a while. Maybe hop from cloud to cloud depending on how close they are together. When I told this to my mom how i wanted to sit on a cloud, she told me that this was impossible. What do you mean impossible? I didn’t get it? She said that you would fall straight through if you tried to sit on one.

That didn’t make any sense to me because they just looked so poofy and cotton-bally that how could one not just sit on one? In any event, I still dream, and don’t believe that it’s not possible to just sit and enjoy some time on a cloud. After all, Mary Poppins did it! And so did these little guys!

Ok so these guys are a little different because they are rain drops so they live in the clouds. But look how much fun they are having! It’s probably so fun in that cloud. They are just having a raindrop party! They probably all sit in a cloud and talk amongst themselves, and i bet some evenings it gets pretty crazy in that cloud. And then when they are ready and want to go for a quick dip, they say “Ready, Set, Go…” and they all jump out of the cloud starting a rainfall. Sometimes it’s a long way down for them but they love it! Once they hit the ground, they probably have no idea where they are and probably have been separated from their other rain drop friends. That’s ok thought because soon enough they will find themselves in another cloud to make new friends and start the party all over again! I’m sure once in a while they run into the same friends again and it’s probably a big reunion!
