Who’s still use the tape (and tap player) in this iPod era? Tape takes too much space, not flexible and easily broken — not even better than CD. But don’t forget, tape is one symbol of retro-ness of all time, beside Michael Jackson indeed.
Artist Ian Stevenson asks to save the tape thru this tee because he thinks “Mp3s are a lot less friendly than this little fellow” (is that true?). Never mind we’re iPod (and MP3) generation, but by wearing Save The Tape tee shirt meaning an appreciation to this little fella. You can get this funny tee from Concrete Hermit’s online store for £25
