And sure enough, you can always count on the little kids standing on a chair beside it tapping at the fish. It wasn’t before I saw the movie ‘Finding Nemo’ before I actually thought about what the fish actually do hear inside. That’s some thick glass. So even though on our end it isn’t loud, the vibrations going on inside are probably unbearable.

This shirt is a little more R-rated than children tapping on a glass because this shirt is not implying tapping on glass…

T-shirt courtesy of Snorgtees

What is that expression supposed to mean anyways. ‘I’d tap that’? Obviously the intentions are clear, but does it really make sense? Not really, You don’t really ‘tap’ anything? It’s just a voice of expression on expressing ones sex appeal. Kind of like by saying you would ‘tap’ that you have approval. It’s definitely only the male population that uses that expression thanks god.

It seems like it was only yesterday when the excitement started about the new ‘timbit’ craze. What are these small balls of dough you say? Well, they are the middle of the doughnut! The middle of the doughnut had to go somewhere! Why waste the middle when it tastes so delicious. Why not turn them into something useful?

T-shirt courtesy of Snorgtees

So the brilliant idea was born. Lets make the inside of the doughnut a mini doughnut itself and call it a timbit! The interesting thing about this though, is that timbits over the years have gradually gotten bigger and bigger to the point where it couldn’t possibly be the middle of the doughnut! Three timbits would be the same as eating a whole doughnut to itself. Did you know that?

Why do doughnuts have holes in them in the first place? Who thought they would make a perfectly delicious round baked good, and take the middle part away? Was it for design? did they run out of dough? Is that just how they turned out?

I’m missing and still waiting for them to come up with a Boston cream timbit. Boston creme doughnuts are my fav…and if only they just made a bit sized one I would be in heaven. They already had the jelly stuffed ones, so what are you waiting for! It would be like a round bite sized version of an eclair!

What’s next? A bagit? The middle of a bagel and we can start making mini sandwiches?

First of all, whatever it is you’ve got going on there i don’t care how great it is, you still need pants. You are not doing any girl a favour by walking around pantless. I hate to break it to you guys, but it doesn’t paint the prettiest of pictures. You guys act as if it’s one big sculpture and everyone should ooo and aww and think it’s nice to look at. Well guys, it’s not.

You know what would make this shirt popular? If instead of it being a shirt it was a pair of ladies pants and on the pants it read:

“With a pair of pants like this, who needs a shirt?

Now that is what is going to get people to look twice.

Well, I now realize it’s a little bit more complicated than that. Sure if you rhyme is all flows nicely, but it has to have a little bit more of a meaning, and the poem has to tell a story.

So a couple weeks ago I was looking through old books and files from school from when I was in like grade 2, and I happened to find my poetry book. It was a work of art. I would like to share with you a poem that I found, that I handed into my teacher thinking that it deserved a gold star.

Candy here,
Candy there,
Candy everywhere.
Munch on this,
Munch on that,
Munch until your fat.

A little bit of foreshadow that I have a sweet tooth? Well I think this t-shirt is a little bit of foreshadow that whatever guy (or girl) is wearing it, has a little bit of a sweet tooth for something else. Something tells me this isn’t just about liking a fox, or enjoying a good boat ride

In this instance the croc is a little bit of a rollie pollie and it looks like the alligator is in the middle of Jenny Craig. So is that just the way this t-shirt is? Or are crocodiles generally bigger? I know one of them has a larger snout.

The ironic thing about this shirt is that crocodiles and alligators are far from being a frirendly animal so it is very far fetched that these two are having a ‘freidnly’ good bye. The reason why the crocodile won’t see the aligator for a while is beacuse he is meaning to eat him for dinner!

So what about in real life? No thank you. If there was a question mark up ahead and I knew a mushroom was awaiting, i would just ignore it. I am one of those ‘big kids’ who I don’t think will ever grow up. I was even in Toys R Us the other day and I was just as excitied as if it were my 8th birthday. Man that place has choice. Sure I don’t play with dolls anymore or anything, but if I were still at that point in my life, I would be going crazy in that store. They don’t only just have the dolls that poop or blink, now they have dolls that cry when they are hungry, walk by themselves, geeze I wouldn’t be surprised if you could buy a doll that throws spaghetti on the wall.

The point is is that if you don’t want to grow up, then you never really have to. There are plenty of things to keep you young, and no one ever told you to grow up quickly. If they did, that’s just wrong. Stay away from those mushrooms I tell ya and don’t ever let that kid inside you escape!

I think I have only met about 4 people in my life who don’t like peanut butter. Those 4 people, plus anyone who is allergic to nuts, my heart goes out to you. Peanut Butter is one of the most delicious things ever, and when paired with his best pal Jam (or Jelly if you will) you have something even more delicious. You have the sticky and thick from peanut butter but then complimented with a light and sweet taste, the two of them together are just made for each other.

I can honestly say that Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches are one of my most favorite treat. When I was younger, I had a friend who’s mom made the best PB&J sandwich ever. I don’t know what it was about it, but so much better then when I made it or when my Mom tried to make it. I mean, it’s pretty simple ingredients, how can you go wrong? Believe me, you can. There is a lot more to a Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich than you think.

First, you have your two pieces of bread. There is your first decision maker. Whole Wheat or White. Whole Wheat is obviously the healthier option but white bread is just so damn good. Especially when you are having peanut butter and jelly. If you don’t mind taking the unhealthy route, then go with white. Secondly, what kind of peanut butter. Are you a Kraft peanut butter kind of person? Or Jiffy’s. Of even Skippy? And even more so, not even the brand of peanut butter but do you go for crunchy or smooth? I myself go for the smooth. Never really enjoyed the crunchy peanut butter, it just gets in the way of the jelly and puts an unnecessary crunch to your bite. But hey, some people like that crunch. Now we are on to your third decision. Strawberry jam, or raspberry jam. Strawberry is the best. I start getting a little picky at this point because I don’t like the chunks of fruit in jam. So I make sure I only get the jam itself, and get rid of any chunk that happens to land on my bread. I can’t have an ooie gooie piece of fruit embedded into my peanut butter.

So now you have all of your ingredients. You take your piece of bread, and spread the peanut butter onto one slice. Then you take the jam, and you spread the jam onto the peanut butter side of the braed. Never spread the peanut butter and jam seperatly, and never put peanut butter on both pieces of bread because then peanut butter over powers the jelly and there is just too much stick to the entire thing. You take the other piece of bread and place it over the other one to complete the sandwich. Now what. Well, you have to decide do you cut the crusts? Or leave them. Everyone knows that crust cut sandwiches are the best thing ever, but if you don’t do it correctly, then you hardly have anything left of your sandwich. So only if you cut just the crust part and don’t take away and of the good stuff, then that is ok.

There you have it. The most delicious and satisfying sandwich you will ever have. Some things will never get old.

Tip: Stay away from those horrible things where they have tried to already pre-mix jelly in the peanut butter. Thats just wrong, and takes away the fun.

So my dad just this past weekend found out that his camera has video. “Hey guess what! Did you know my camera has video? I can take a video – with sound!” No way Dad…you’re kidding! He only has the exact same model as mine but the upgraded version! He has had it for almost four years! How is that possible. I know we are a new generation, but I just don’t understand how hard it is for parents these days to understand the simplest of things!

I know no one really ever reads the manuals but there is a little big of logic involved. You see the picture of a video camera? Well that normally means that if you switch to that mode, you can take video! Easy right? So he finally got the video down pat, but can’t for the life of him work out how to play it back to him. So who shows him? I do. And now he thinks I am genius. He thinks I am Ms. Technology girl.

Want to feel smart and important? Go show your parents how to turn on a computer or if they already know how to do that, show them how to copy and paste. They will be amazed and think you are brilliant.

My friend and I were over at my family home last week taking in some R&R. We rented a whole bunch of movies, bought a whole bunch of food, and only packed our comfy clothes. Best idea we’ve had in a long time, because my Dad was super excited for us to be coming home so made sure he fully stocked the fridge with food and wine and prepared for our arrival.

T-shirt courtesy of Snorgtees.com

We got home and opened the fridge, and the first thing we saw was a massive block of Gouda. We aren’t talking about a block just fitting into one hand, no, you needed two hands to hold this thing. The thing you don’t know about my friend and I, is that we love cheese. This block of cheese came out of the fridge and we started slicing away at it. Then we would wonder off, turn on the movie, but always find ourselves back at the block of Gouda. That is why I couldn’t resist when I saw this t-shirt.

Gouda is a dutch cheese which is delicious and since I come from a dutch background, it’s a cheese you can count on always being in our house. It normally comes in a big wheel which is then sliced into thick somewhat pizza slices which makes it easy to slice away at. If you have never tried Gouda, I suggest you make your way to the supermarket right away, and have a slice.

What I don’t suggest, is wearing Gouda on your head like this guy right here.

Image: Snogrtees

I know they are trying to promote the t-shirt and all, but that folks is no excuse to be wearing cheese on your head. This guy looks ridiculous. He’s even got the shades on thinking he is extra cool. He may have been lucky to land a modeling t-shirt career but if I were him and saw the cheese hat? I would have run as fast as I could in the other direction.

Two nails, two friends, wanting to get hammered. Enough said right? The funny part is is that there is deeper meaning to this all. How do you feel the morning after? Like a hammer has pounded your head! They might be all smiles here now, but not tomorrow they won’t be! They will tell themselves that they will never get hammered again, until the following weekend. Then they won’t remember what the pounding of a hammer feels like, and they will try it all over again. It’s a never-ending cycle. Poor little nails…they will never learn.
