More Good Cause Tees

CommonThreadz not only has nice looking t-shirts, but they also donate one school uniform to a child in a developing nation for each shirt you buy (which makes the $38 per tee price tag much more justified).
It seems like more and more of these “buy a tee and we will donate” companies are popping up all the time. Thankfully the business model seems to be working.

I really hope that title grabbed some attention.
If we believe this t-shirt it seems as if pigs are being grown on trees. So please remember, each time you reach for that strip of bacon, that a tree had to be chopped down to get it. Or something like that.

Do you have a conscience?

I’m not completely thrilled about the prints on these tees. They could use a little more work. But I really like the whole idea behind the brand of Cnchnz(conscience).
Each tee has a theme, global warming, peace, conservation… ect… And 10% of the proceeds from each of those tees is donated to a cause related to… you guessed it! The theme of the tee.
So Cnchnz, this is a great idea, lets just spruce up the designs a little more, ok?
Sign Here, Number Here
So how often do artists sign their work? All the time. But how often do artists sign their work on tees? Not so much.
Chillers Clothing is selling limited edition designs, each is signed by the artist and individually numbered. Kind of cool right?
I’d love to be the guy who gets the tee numbered “007.” Haha. This could also be a little awkward though if you some how end up getting a “069″ on your sleeve. Since these are limited, “666″ probably won’t be a problem.

These aren’t your ordinary stripes
For today I went searching for a good summer tee. AKA white!
I usually don’t post up tees like this, but these stripes are different that what you normally see on a shirt. Pretty classy right? Check it out at Swell.

This isn’t exactly Miami, but those polar bears still don’t go without their in ground pools. At first I was thinking that this tee was going to be some global-warming, end of the world, polar bears drowning kind of design. Thankfully it isn’t because I’ve seen plenty of those lately.
This tee is from Axid and its $20.

For a while there I had kind of lost interest in Threadless. Due to their designs getting a little less interesting and their shirts staying the same. But lately they are really mixing it up.
Designs that are being printed seem to be a little more DBHish than they were before. They are also using their new Threadless tees. Which are not as nice as Fabric, but are still a huge improvement over what they were using.
Still the only problem Threadless really has is that your mother, brother, uncle, roommate and ex-girlfriend will probably all have the same shirts as …read more
ARE YOU SERIOUS?!!!!
I mean, Ceerius! Hopefully that title didn’t scare you too much.
I just found this one in my inbox from Ceerius Apparel
I usually don’t like brand tees. But this one is a bit more creative than most.
Also, while you are checking out the tee, go to their entrance page, pretty funny eh?

So this is FABRIC!
If you have not tried the new tees that DBH is testing out – do it. I grabbed two of them and they really are great shirts.
I was thinking that the tee’s that Design By Humans are currently using were good. These are even better! They are an incredibly soft and light material. I’m yet to wash them so we’ll see how well they hold up to being beat around in a washing machine. I’ll let you all know as soon as I get a chance to do my laundry.
