I used to use this expression all the time, ok…I still do. It’s fun yet so simple. So what’s the difference between a crocodile and an alligator. I realize that the alligator is the one saying ‘later’, and the crocodile will not see the alligator for a while, but really who’s who.

In this instance the croc is a little bit of a rollie pollie and it looks like the alligator is in the middle of Jenny Craig. So is that just the way this t-shirt is? Or are crocodiles generally bigger? I know one of them has a larger snout.

The ironic thing about this shirt is that crocodiles and alligators are far from being a frirendly animal so it is very far fetched that these two are having a ‘freidnly’ good bye. The reason why the crocodile won’t see the aligator for a while is beacuse he is meaning to eat him for dinner!

That didn’t make any sense to me because they just looked so poofy and cotton-bally that how could one not just sit on one? In any event, I still dream, and don’t believe that it’s not possible to just sit and enjoy some time on a cloud. After all, Mary Poppins did it! And so did these little guys!

Ok so these guys are a little different because they are rain drops so they live in the clouds. But look how much fun they are having! It’s probably so fun in that cloud. They are just having a raindrop party! They probably all sit in a cloud and talk amongst themselves, and i bet some evenings it gets pretty crazy in that cloud. And then when they are ready and want to go for a quick dip, they say “Ready, Set, Go…” and they all jump out of the cloud starting a rainfall. Sometimes it’s a long way down for them but they love it! Once they hit the ground, they probably have no idea where they are and probably have been separated from their other rain drop friends. That’s ok thought because soon enough they will find themselves in another cloud to make new friends and start the party all over again! I’m sure once in a while they run into the same friends again and it’s probably a big reunion!

I want to have a raindrop party!

Wikipedia says that: “A mushroom is the fleshy, spore-bearing fruiting body of a fungus, typically produced above ground on soil or on its food source.”

We think mushrooms being a fungus have to be gross because most of us associate fungus as something nasty that grows on peoples feet. Which yes, then fungus is disgusting. I happen to hate feet and think they are gross and hate it when someone else’s foot touches me but that’s an entirely different story. Right now we are talking about mushrooms. So I am sure mushrooms aren’t made out of this disgusting fungus that comes of people’s feet, fungus “are heterotrophic organisms possessing a chitinous cell wall, with most fungal species growing as multicellular filaments called hyphae forming a mycelium; certain fungal species also grow as single cells”. What ever that means…

So more importantly, there is something going on in this mushroom soup. There is a smurf swimming around along with the other fungus. Were smurfs even supposed to be mushrooms? I never really clued into that. They sure didn’t look like mushrooms, and what was the connotation there…making little cartoon animals into mushrooms? Or were they not mushrooms but they only lived in mushrooms. Who knows – never really a fan of the smurfs. All I know is that that show hasn’t been one for a while now so get out of there – you are ruining my mushroom soup!

I thought this t-shirt was adorable. I feel so sad for the little girl in the pink rain jacket. I will call her Jane. I feel so sad for Jane.  She just looks so helpless. That happens to me when the wind is blowing and all you want to do is be covered by your umbrella and keep dry, and the stupid wind just battles with you. It puts me in such a bad mood and I start cursing to the wind as if that would do something but it never seems to help. Instead, poor little Jane doesn’t seem to put up a fight and doesn’t really care. She just lets the rain simply poor down on her, umbrella or no umbrella, there’s nothing  she can do. I shall think of little Jane on our first downpour and hope I will look as delicate as she does.

Lets Play Doctor. I’m sure all of you are familiar with something along the lines of playing doctor. Yes, we have all been there, done that. As a child, you like to experiment. What better way to experiment than playing an imaginary game with your friend  and choosing to be a doctor. Hmmm, I wonder why you chose to be the doctor. Does it involve having to undress? Does it involve writing a prescription?  This is when you are young, you can get away with almost anything and you don’t know the difference! When we are older and someone wants to play ‘doctor’, I think that is an entirely different game…I’ll leave it at that.

Now what is this one trying to say? You’re the cheese to my macaroni. If you guessed this, you guessed right. This one could go in all different ways…no pun intended. For me? I used to eat a lot of Kraft dinner as a kid. Without cheese, the macaroni is nothing. You can’t have the macaroni without the cheese! For me, this t-shirt is simply a cute way of saying ‘I am nothing without you, you can’t have one without the other’. Others with a little bit more of a wild imagination, could probably say more.

Guessed the theme yet? Flirting through your childhood. There are tons of sayings out there and plenty of things you did as a kid everyday where you never thought twice.  As soon as you grow up and start learning more about the world, you can turn almost anything into something dirty. That’s when you say “Hey, get your mind out of the gutter!” That being said, it never hurts to bring the kid out in you once in a while
