Holiday Matinee

Recently I was introduced to Holiday Matinee, a creative company who makes sure they don’t miss a snitch. They started in 1999 to target talented friends – musicians, artists, entrepreneurs and other people doing cool stuff. They must have done something right, because 10 years later they’ve become bigger and better than ever, making sure they are up with the times and engaged in media, good design and social responsibility.
The people who are involved in this company are people who believe in what they do, and are behind every step they take whatever direction that might be. They have the …read more

Vive La Paix T-Shirt

This sweet tee is specially reserved for peace-minded, positive youngster who smart, know how to say peace with style. This tee is featuring “Long live peace” phrase in multi-language: French, Spanish, Greek, Russian, Italian and German. You can bring this tee to your Euro trip or if you just want to teach your pals how to say the catchy phrase in other languages (but make sure to pronounce it correctly!)

More Good Cause Tees

CommonThreadz not only has nice looking t-shirts, but they also donate one school uniform to a child in a developing nation for each shirt you buy (which makes the $38 per tee price tag much more justified).
It seems like more and more of these “buy a tee and we will donate” companies are popping up all the time. Thankfully the business model seems to be working.

Do you have a conscience?

I’m not completely thrilled about the prints on these tees. They could use a little more work. But I really like the whole idea behind the brand of Cnchnz(conscience).

Each tee has a theme, global warming, peace, conservation… ect… And 10% of the proceeds from each of those tees is donated to a cause related to… you guessed it! The theme of the tee.
So Cnchnz, this is a great idea, lets just spruce up the designs a little more, ok?

Let’s earn some Karma

Alright, so I don’t think you would ever catch me wearing this tee. But it looks good on this girl. It looks really good. Well, you get the point.
It’s from Karma Threads and they are donating 10% of the proceeds to Susan B. Anthony for the cure.

Hope

Fresh Fauxx has come out with two posters to raise money for the 34,000 dead, 245,000 injured and 4.8 million displaced in China. All proceeds from the posters will be given to the Canadian Red Cross.
It’s always nice knowing that your money is going to a good cause.
If you’d rather support the Canadian Red Cross directly, you can do so at https://www.paypaq.com/redcross/new/index.php.

Support Live Strong

These arn’t t-shirts, but I figured that you all would be interested anyways. Freelance designer Eric Smith was recently diagnosed with cancer and started a project called Live Now supporting the Live Strong Foundation.
Check out some of his posters. These should definitely be made into tees.

Past, Present and Future

Past, Present and Future

I love this design from Threadless. It’s showing what we’re doing to the environment currently, what it was like in the past and how it will be in the future.
Seriously everyone, stop throwing your cans on the ground and recycle, it really isn’t that hard (Not that anyone that reads The Daily Tee would do that, but tell your friends!).
Anyways, I just placed my order for this one. Plus I got 5 new tees from DBH in the mail today – reviews coming next week (well if I can find the cord to my camera)!
P.S. I have been accumulating …read more

Project Blue

Hey girls, here is another one for you. This is two in a row.

This Project Blue tee is by Propaganda. I never really can get enough of those tees that show what’s above and (more importantly) below the water.
