Urbanminx says that the line eventually sky rocketed into fame when stylist Lisa Kline had Ben Affleck and Matt Damon wear these Kowboy shirts and featured it in US Weekly. They are now a favorite of many celebrities like Mathew Fox and Dominic Purcell, this line did not take long to take off which doesn’t surprise me at all.

Kowboys shirts have also been featured in GQ, In Style, and Maxim. Their shirts are innovative, effectively blending western with an urban style. Finally someone thinks of comfort first, it’s a bonus that the shirts are hot! I have seen a couple that have caught my eye and looking into getting some for myself. I have so many plain white tank tops in my closet but there is no spunk or pizazz to them. They just sit there and never get taken out to be worn because they are so boring. Kowboy shirts could be my answer!

Spying’s Creepy

Ok so as clever as this shirt is, it’s a little creepy. I love the concept but it actually looks so real which is what makes it a little scary. This person inside the house has obviously shut all the blinds so that not even a stream of light is shining through. I wonder what he/she (not certain about the gender of this individual, that’s how well he/she is hidden so lets just call it it) is hiding from? Maybe ‘it’ is about to commit a terrible murder, and wants to take one more peek outside to make sure no one is watching or nothing suspicious is going on. Maybe ‘it’ is waiting for someone to come home so that ‘it’ can do something terrible to that person.

Or maybe ‘it’ is not going to do anything wrong at all! Maybe there is a surprise party and ‘it’ is taking watch to wait for the birthday persons arrival so that ‘it’ can tell everyone in the room to be quiet! Or, if the ‘it’ is a guy, maybe he’s going to propose and has laid out a rose petal pathway up to the bedroom and is waiting for his girlfriend to come home so he can do a massive romantic proposal. Maybe ‘it’ is just trying to play hide and seek and wants to make sure is fully hidden. In any event, spying is pretty creepy whether ‘it’ is about to propose or going to commit a murder. This person looks way to mysterious and I don’t like it because i can’t tell what ‘it’ is thinking.

If you see anyone ever wear this shirt, beware. Although, I do kind of like it. If it goes on sale…I’d buy it. Maybe.

How not to sell t-shirts

All I really want in a tee companies website is an EASY way to buy their shirts. Some of them just make it far too difficult.

I’m frustrated by this all the time. My most recent awful experience was with Modern Amusement. I know that they are just trying to be trendy… but if I have to click more than 5 times to see all of your t-shirts something is seriously wrong.

Tee designers really have a fascination with skulls. We see more skull tees than anything else.

But somehow I never get tired of these skull tees. I love that this design is different from most in that the open mouth looks like a deep abyss in the wearers body.
