The latest issue of The FADER Magazine (issue 46) is out and features Jerry Garcia on the cover. Specifically, it’s the annual Icons/Photography issue.
To commemorate the release, a limited edition FADER/Jerry Garcia t-shirt is being produced along with a limited edition poster which showcases a family tree of sorts; band’s that influenced the Grateful Dead and the bands that were influenced by the Dead.

You can answer in any form that you would like (a couple quick sentences would be fine), there are no restrictions on how to answer this question. Be creative, it’s all up to you. One winner will be chosen and contacted upon the end of the contest(07/02/07).

Also, we hate t-shirts that don’t fit! So the winner will be able to choose what size they would like for the t-shirt.

I know they’re hardly underground, but I’ve got more shirts from Threadless than anywhere else. Their shirts fit well, hold up good, and are always interesting – if not downright hilarious, beautiful, or sad. Love ‘em.
I love http://www.detourdesignables.com and http://www.tvteez.com because they are my shops and I put alot of work into building them.
Besides my own shops I would have to agree with Jason on Threadless. The designs that make it through the harsh 7 days of voting are usually pretty good. Not only are they funny but they are works of art. Even their text shirts are awesome. Everyone should own at least on Threadless T-shirt. They will be collector’s items one day.
My favorite t-shirt site is Nuda Tees because, well, I created the site.
The world needs more t-shirt sites that don’t just sell a bunch of lame sex pun shirts that you’ll be embarrassed to wear once you graduate college. Nuda Tees delivers.
