It has been a challenging week for David Beckham as he is finding his leg on the LA Galaxy field after being absent for most of the season. Beckham, who was on loan to AC Milan was able to play his old team during a friendly game between the two clubs yesterday evening.

The match ended in a surprising 2-2 draw, but what was more shocking was the fact that Beckham played through the game despite being heckled and booed at. Finally at the end on the game a member of the “LA Riot Squad” yelled insults to Beckham who then turned to him calling him out. The man jumped over the sideline and was tackled and arrested by security for trespassing.

The Riot Squad was deeply regretful for the incident and have said that the member was disbanded from the group.

It will be a while before fans will take to the English player again. Like Barack Obama, after arriving everyone expected things to change. Now here we are, still waiting for the world of soccer to change on us.
