I've an uncle who's a Chelsea fan of 40 years and you couldn't take the smile off his face with a spanner. Any Blues who feel the need to get petty and arrogant about their success can't really be enjoying it too much. I resent the Klinsmann comment though, Jurgen saved his diving for the continent and was a perfect gentleman on the pitch and off in England. Tbh I think most Chelsea fans would raise a smile at this because the Drog probably does do more than his fair quota of being vertically misaligned - but then most good teams have one of those, just look at Ronaldo (ManU), remember Klinsmann? Truth is, teams at the top get criticised. I can remember the great Liverpool teams of the 70's being despised (outside Liverpool) and only recently being "loved". The only winning side to be loved, as far as my ageing memory tells me, is Nottingham Forest. Maybe that was because their great manager took the flak. Now, does that ring any sort of bells here?
