Canada’s 50% Chance For New MLS Team

Canada Flag Canada now has a 50% chance they will get a new team added to the Major League Soccer Association. So far, the Toronto FC is the only Canadian team in the MLS. Some (like me) had hoped that Montreal (who already has a great team) would have been given a chance to bid but economics have only allowed Ottawa, Ontario and Vancouver, B.C. to submit requests.

Other teams making bids are the Portland and St. Louis. The fifth wheel bid of Miami dropped out after discovering a few technicalities. Read more
