Any athlete knows that their time in the big league is short. I’m sure Davis Beckham to believed that he was nearing the end of his career before his AC Milan doctors fully examined his physical condition.

England seems to have the most to gain from this good news as they believe if all goes well, Beckham will be able to represent his country in the FIFA World Cup games in Brazil 2014.

The doctors explained how they have modified Beckham’s regime to make sure that he has the longest career possible.

These tips by the way are a good idea for anyone who wants to be in peak physical condition longer.

  • EYES: Laser treatment to ensure perfect eyesight.
  • BRAIN: Sessions with psychologists and neurological analysis, to improve mental and emotional health.
  • TEETH: Dental health is vital.
  • HEART: Fitness tests and workouts tailored to the individual’s needs.
  • DIET: Cereal, fruit, fish for dinner, daily intake of vitamin supplements.
  • SPINE: Chirpractors study posture, how a player runs and jumps, to predict injury risk.
  • MUSCLES: Examined ofteb so players avoid over-exercising the strongest and focus on the weakest.
  • FEET: Sprinting over short distances is the priority.
