Bosnian Football Association Protest, Sarajevo, May 23, 2008

Protesters gathered in Sarajevo, May 23, 2008 to call for an end of corruption in the Bosnian Football Association. The protesters have said that their national football team is laced with corruption that has thus hindered Bosnian chances of being any good. Protesters were peaceful in the march until they reached the Federation’s building where thing began getting out of hand. Police quickly dispersed the crowd.

Well I hope that the Bosnian Football Association takes their complaints seriously or else this could very well turn into another civil war crisis – something Sarajevo is known for.
