Sigi Schmid

Seattle Sounders FCToday, the new MLS team – Seattle Sounders FC – have announced Sigi Schmid as their new head coach. The Seattle Sounders FC are the newest team added to the MLS for the 2009 season. The announcement came via video stream from the Seattle Sounders FC press room at 11am this morning.

And FYI, The Seattle Sounders FC have already showed off their new home and away jerseys. I like that they are sponsored, and look like the Xbox 360.

  1. Seattle Sounders FC is a new team and I think, Sigi Schmid has the ability to guide them pretty well in their opening season. As it is their first season, you can not expect much from Seattle Sounders, but I hope that they will have considerable succes in thier bedut season.
