Beckham In Talks About Going Back To Milan

David Beckham is starting it all over again. He’s talking to LA Galaxy club coach and managers about his desire to be loaned out to AC Milan for another season. While Beckham’s last visit to Milan lasted longer than agreed upon, he returned to a team who acted like they didn’t want him back. In fact he even got fined for a confrontation he participated in against the infamous LA Riot Squad who heckled his loyalty at during a exhibition game.

Beckham Will Have to Pay From His Own Pocket To Stay

David Beckham will have to pay LA Galaxy from his own pocket the difference for the AC Milan deal. The deal formally extends his stay with AC Milan till the end of the season but when that is over Beckham will immediately begin playing with his home LA Galaxy team.

The complex back and forth deal will mean that Beckham will be playing athird more games than he normally would in a season for about the same amount of money. Not the smartest economic mover for David but a wise one to increase his chances for playing with team England …read more

How Much Is David Beckham Worth?

It’s sad but in sports every player has a price fixed over their head. For David Beckham, he was appraised for $3 Million. A fair market assessment apparently. But it wasn’t enough to impress the LA Galaxy.

I guess they want more than the market price for Beckham because for the MLS Beckham is the MLS! Without his interest could drop dramatically.
Whatever happened to the dream of bringing soccer to North America? Well for the MLS that ‘dream is worth more than $3 Million dollars. Sorry AC Milan looks like Beckham is staying in the New World.

LA Galaxy Rejects First Trade Deal For David Beckham

David Beckham ran into an expected snag as AC Milan’s first offer was rejected by LA Galaxy. Beckham has already made it clear to his team that he wishes to stay in Italy and play with the big boys.

The LA Galaxy are still trying to crunch numbers to find out how much Beckham is still worth to them and how much is fair to trade him to Milan for. Not that you can really put a price on a person but in soccer you really can.
The big question now is what will be the new salary for the famous …read more

David Beckham’s Lawyers Talk To LA Galaxy

David Beckham has finally made it clear that he wants to stay with AC Milan. As of today Beckham has asked that his lawyers speak to LA Galaxy over the possible ramifications of breaking his contract with the club.

AC Milan vice-president has told reporters that he ‘is neither optimistic nor pessimistic’ that the talks will go smoothly.
It is clear however that David Beckham has made up his mind to stay in Italy. And I cannot say that I blame him. I mean his best chance to get onto the team England roster in time for the 2010 World Cup …read more

Beckham’s Agents Meet With AC Milan

It’s not looking good for LA Galaxy or MLS fans in general. David Beckham’s agents have been given the go ahead to discuss ”options” with the AC Milan soccer club.

After being on loan with AC Milan Beckham might be realizing that he will not make it on team England in time for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa. The truth is that if Beckham stays with the MLS he will not be good enough to play in the World Cup, plain and simple.

David Beckham Persuaded To Remain With AC Milan

Not surprisingly, AC Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti, wants David Beckham to stay with the team beyond March.

Beckham is currently on a three month loan from LA Galaxy in Italy and just scored his first goal with the club in a 4-1 victory over Bologna. Coach Ancelotti assures LA fans that Beckham is not being pressured to stay, only persuaded.
They would have to have offered him something to be making claims like that. I mean what are we talking now $50 million? Personally, I think that if Beckham really wants to end his soccer career strong then he …read more
