David Beckham is starting it all over again. He’s talking to LA Galaxy club coach and managers about his desire to be loaned out to AC Milan for another season. Major League Soccer commissioner Don Garber and president Mark Abbott were in Ottawa, Canada to discuss plans for creating a club there. They are strongly considering Ottawa’s bid to create a MLS Club but has told reporters that they will have to put together a better stadium.
