David Beckham Heading Back To L.A.

LA Galaxy fans should be happy to know that David Beckham is on his way back home to Los Angeles to finish the MLS season. He has been on loan to AC Milan where he had hoped to stay.

He’s currently training with England before he makes the trip back to the United states. He promised to return to LA once the season was over with Milan. So he’ll basically have to work harder than most players in the business because he’s seeing two team through to the end of their seasons.
Beckham and AC Milan are still hopeful that he will be able to return to them by the begining of next season if things work out with the LA Galaxy.
It’s too bad that he couldn’t just see his plan through with the MLS and boost soccer’s popularity here. That was the idea wasn’t it?

David Beckham has always been a supporter of worthy causes around the world. His most recent charitable commercial was done for ‘Malaria No More’ an organization that helps supply mosquito nets for people in Africa.

Sleeping with a mosquito net is the single best way to prevent the spread of malaria. They cost pennies to make, but for some families the net is considered a luxury they just cannot afford.
On average 350 - 500 million new cases of malaria are reported each year. Of those 1 million will die. The majority of deaths occur in the sub-Sahara region in Africa.

A team of doctors for AC Milan have announced that they believe David Beckham could have a few more good years left in him. The English soccer star is already 34 but specialists expect him to be in peak physical condition even at 40 years old!

Any athlete knows that their time in the big league is short. I’m sure Davis Beckham to believed that he was nearing the end of his career before his AC Milan doctors fully examined his physical condition.
England seems to have the most to gain from this good news as they believe if all goes well, Beckham will be able to represent his country in the FIFA World Cup games in Brazil 2014.
The doctors explained how they have modified Beckham’s regime to make sure that he has the longest career possible.
These tips by the way are a good idea for anyone who wants to be in peak physical condition longer.
- EYES: Laser treatment to ensure perfect eyesight.
- BRAIN: Sessions with psychologists and neurological analysis, to improve mental and emotional health.
- TEETH: Dental health is vital.
- HEART: Fitness tests and workouts tailored to the individual’s needs.
- DIET: Cereal, fruit, fish for dinner, daily intake of vitamin supplements.
- SPINE: Chirpractors study posture, how a player runs and jumps, to predict injury risk.
- MUSCLES: Examined ofteb so players avoid over-exercising the strongest and focus on the weakest.
- FEET: Sprinting over short distances is the priority.

David Beckham & Model Mariann Fogarasy?
May 11, 2009 by Jyle Dupuis

David Beckham has been in hot water before but nothing he couldn’t swim out of. Now there might be a scandal on hand with the star soccer player. Beckham was allegedly caught by the paparazzi having candle-lit diner with Hungarian model Mariann Fogarasy.
I haven’t personally seen the pictures yet but they were convincing enough to have Beckham himself come forth and declare his love for wife Victoria. He told reporters that the allegations were false and that he has love only for his wife. So what was the diner, a fashion meeting. Could the two be working on his line of clothing? Who knows. All I know is that it would be hard for a guy like David to have an affair when he is constantly being followed by the paparazzi.

Beckham Pays MLS to Stay With AC Milan

It looks as if AC Milan will have to pay dearly for the extended loan of David Beckham. The MLS have asked for $10 million in compensation for the use of Beckham after the agreed upon terms. Beckham was supposed to return to his home team of LA Galaxy when the season began in March.

Beckham may even be paying the fine partly out of his own pocket, unusual for a player to be paying to play soccer instead of the other way around. Though he must return to the MLS on July 1st and play till the end of the MLS season. In 2010 Beckham’s contract will be up and he will once again be free to sign with another club. I doubt though that too many other clubs will seriously consider him knowing now what a flip-flopper he has become.

David Beckham Gets Book Deal
April 14, 2009 by Jyle Dupuis

David Beckham has had an interesting life, but is it enough to turn into a book. Well with Beckham’s career not yet over he’s coming out with a personal tell all book.
The book is being released this July by Crown Publishing Group and will bear the titled “The Beckham Experience.” I never thought of a book to be similar to a ride, though I guess for some people it could be.
The book promises to dive deep into the secret (or not so secret) inners of David and his wife Victoria, his move to the LA Galaxy and his personal friendship with Tom Cruise.

David Beckham Breaks English Record

David Beckham broke a previously held record of 109 games played by a single non-goalie player on the national English Team. In a exhibition game against Slovakia in Wembley, England.

David Beckham
Beckham and fans are now looking forward to his attempt at beating the now coveted record of 125 appearances on Team England by goalie Peter Shilton. Now with Bechams name added to the World Cup roster many expect his record to be made in a short amount of time. It was uncertain if he was even going to be able to play as many wondered if he was up to par after playing a season with the LA Galaxy. After spending a few short weeks on loan with AC Milan he was able to prove to others and himself that was still worthy of playing for his country. Way to go Beckham.

David Beckham on Team England 2010!

David Beckham got his wish - he’s playing for England’s National team. The only reason why Beckham went to play for AC Milan was because he wanted to prove that he was still good enough to play for his home country in the World Cup.

Beckham met up with other team England players at the London Colney, Hertfordshire stadium for a quick practice session March 24, 2009. England will be playing their first World Cup qualifying round against Slovakia on Saturday, March 28.
The 2010 World Cup, South Africa will take place between June 11 and July 11, 2010. David Beckham has played 108 international games for team England in the past and has hoped to beat Peter Shilton’s long standing record of 125 games. At only 33 years old Beckham has many good years ahead of him, and as he proved himself to the English National Committee he is still up to par despite taking a ‘vacation’ in Los Angeles.

The injury in expected to recover in a few day but it has raised eyebrows to people wondering whether or not he is capable of playing a full season with AC Milan and the remaining season with LA Galaxy.
Well lets hope for Beckham’s sake that he has a speedy recovery and can get back to proving himself in Milan and soon in LA.
