Toronto FC Loses Hope For MLS Cup

Well it looks as if the Toronto FC won’t be getting a jab at the MLS Cup this year. At least not after their performance against the Chicago Fire. Chicago’s Brian McBride put a late 78th minute goal past the defense and into the opposing Toronto net. Chicago seems to be having everything go for them these days.

President Barack Obama will be flying to Europe to meet with the Olympic Committee to help petition Chicago’s bit for the 2016 Summer Olympic Games. Personally having so many games held in North America in recent years might play against their bid. Other cities in the final petitioning phase are Madrid, Tokyo and Rio de Janeiro

Well as far as Toronto goes, there’s always next year.
