Roy Wilkins, 52-year-old former player, was offered the job as Chelsea’s assistant first-team coach and took the offer immediately, moving to West Ham United and taking the place of Steve Clarke.

Roy played for Chelsea in the late ’90s while Gianluca Vialla was still managing and proceeded to help win the FA Cup and Charity Shield in 2000. Do you think Roy is the right choice for assistant coach?
