Here’s some of the current badness related to Apple’s supposedly superior smartphone:
Apple iPhone ad banned – The Advertising Standards Authority lays the smackdown on Apple, banning them from promising access to “all parts of the internet” with the iPhone.
Inventor sues Google, Verizon, others on voicemail – Thanks for settling with douchebag Judah Klausner, Apple and AT&T! Now he’s suing other big companies, claiming that they’ve infringed on his patent for visual voicemail.

Yes, Apple iPhone has got both merits and demerits. And the most solid disadvantage of the phone is the non availability of FM radio. Only 8GB or 16GB memory is not enough — FM radio should be there.
That sounds like iPhone 3g has more problems than ever and that it shouldn’t have been produced at all. But how could they sell already over 20 mln gadgets if the new iPhone is so terrible and hardly works? Well, it does have some problems related to 3G network performance but i don’t think the phone is as bad as it has been lately complained about.

i think the original iPhone is better than 3 g
