Bad Customer Service at PriceRitePhoto

Buying online should be a great experience. So far for me, buying through Amazon and Paypal has been a good thing and there’s been no hiccups yet. I usually avoid those small mom and pop shops as I really put value on customer service, no thanks to my own experience in serving technical customers for the past 6 years.

So if you had a Manager from an e-commerce website (PriceRitePhoto.com) blow his top and tried to sue you, what would you do ? The best bet would be to put it on the internet if you feel you were gross mistreated. Personally, some customer service staff pretend like they are All Mighty GODS and they do not realise that the internet is a bad way to get your website known ( albeit for the wrong reasons).

“I will make sure you will never be able to place an order on the internet again.” “I’m an attorney, I will sue you.” “I will call the CEO of your company and play him the tape of this phone call.” “I’m going to call your local police and have two officers come over and arrest you.” “You’d better get this through your thick skull.” “You have no idea who you are dealing with.”

That “Steve Phillips” should realise that as a “lawyer” ( we can’t confirm that ), he should uphold justice and not use the name of the LAW in vain. As a fellow LAW graduate, I feel like that he should not use such language.
