Boost Mobile Goes to the Pigs

To paraphrase advertising great David Ogilvy: “ads should be visual scandals.” But does Boost Mobile’s visual scandal—pig cannabalism—do the job of selling the service providers no-hidden-fee plan? Watch, and be the judge:

If you think anthropomorphistic cannabalism is questionable, the company’s previous commercial borders on necrophagia.
A guy’s standing above a corpse laid out on a table. He’s either doing an autopsy or emblaming the corpse. He’s also eating a sandwich, which he drops ONTO the corpse. He picks it right back up and continues eating it. “What? You think THAT’S bad? What about … ” blah-blah-blah-the-competition.
Guess that’s what you get when you target video game and horror movie fans.
…Or when you’re trying to shock people into hearing you out.
Those pig costumes are AWESOME.. who made them?
