I have a love affair with LED lights right now and I’m glad Brando sent me this 3-LED Hand Pressing Flashlight Torch. Its about the size of my Nokia 6510 (old but reliable) and it feels good in my hands. On the Brando box, it says hand pressing it will give your hands a good massage and circulation. True indeed, as hand pressing it a few times will be good exercise for a blogger like me and the light instantly comes on without batteries. It seems so passe to buy batteries nowadays.
The ON/OFF Switch
I had a funny episode with this light. I was wondering why the light could not stay on after I stopped cranking it. Its generally ridiculous to continue pressing it just to get light. So I sent an email to Brando and they said there was a switch on top of it. I replied and said it was not pressable and it could not possibly be a switch. They then told me that it was a cover and I had to remove it. Sure enough, that was done and I could now have a light constantly beamed. Good heavens. My hands were already giving way from too much exercise.
Through my simple experiments, I found that starting with a dead flashlight and giving thirty squeezes produced a good strong beam for over 30 minutes before it began to noticeably fade away. I also left it in the car for a week without a crank and it still had a bream on.
The Brando 3-LED Hand Pressing Flashlight Torch is a very well designed inexpensive LED flashlight that will provide emergency light whenever you need it. It is cheap, but after about one month of use, its quite reliable and at this price it should be feasible to equip every one of your car’s glove boxes and house.
