They informed me they are under completely new management and being run a new way? So I purchased one of their new cases on September 29th and got it October 1st. They shipped it with Fed-ex and I am very happy I decided to give them a chance. Their new case snaps together with a clip and looks much easier to use than the model this article is on. Bravo DRO keep up the good work. It sounds like you might actually have gotten your head on straight. I had concerns and contacted them before I purchased. Way down here in Australia, it normally takes about 4 days for an item to get here from US. I was told that it was shipped on 11 August, and when I queries I was told they were sending a new one out on 26 August. Haven't seen either - not happy. So I returned the silver CF case the same day ... but they refuse to credit my AMEX and have not returned any of my emails. I am going to report them to the small business bureau and have AMEX contact them. Don't buy from DRO Concepts!!!
