Since the source post cannot be found, so I think it could be easy to make one with the following steps.

News from pocket-link.co.uk, tells how to change an ordinary teddy to a high tech Teddy.

Get your teddy ready, chop off its head (oh, it’s violence!), insert the USB flash drive’s cap inside its head and add few stitches so that it’ll hold the cap firmly. Put the flash drive inside teddy’s body, sealed the “wound” and make sure it is tight enough that the flash drive won’t drop off. Viola, you got yourself a High Tech Teddy Bear! Look at the second photo; you’ll thinking about “Freddy”…
