If you’re thinking weight-loss programs are irrelevant for gadget lovers, you’re literally dead wrong. Obesity—made easier by the physical inactivity most geeks are accustomed to—is very unhealthy, increasing the chance of developments like heart disease and diabetes. Which obviously, limits life expectancy.
You lose nothing by following Tyler’s advice, especially since it involves relatively minor changes such as moderating your food intake and considering physical activity a daily necessity.
There’s nothing wrong with reading up on the latest technology online, or spending hours at a time competing with friends and foes through multiplayer. But that doesn’t mean you can’t take crucial steps to improve or maintain your health. After all, a healthy body can last through those marathon gaming sessions much better than their wimpy counterparts.
