		<description>That&#039;s a very clever way to make a wireless headset a more practical item to have.  If the wireless stereo sound quality is good enough to be close to the quality of regular headphones, then this would be the perfect device for many office job workers!</description>

Yes, the AH10 can and will connect to both devices at the same time.  While listening to your music you will hear soft &quot;beeps&quot; which indicate a cell phone call is coming in.  You can click the &quot;cell&quot; button on your headset to answer the call (which will pause your iPod) or you can click and hold the button to send the call to voicemail and continue listening to your music.
