MIO C317 To Watch DMB TV

There are a number of handheld GPS units that will tune in to FM broadcasts when it is not in use. The Mio C317 adds more options to that. It comes with a recording capability as well. It features a 4.3 inch NEC touchscreen, Samsung 400 mhz 2440 processor, Windows CE .Net 5.0, 256 mb of NANG Flash, 64 mb SDRAM, SD/MMC card support which is expandable to 8 gb, integrated speaker, USB, 3.5 mm headphone out and a rechargeable batteries which last up to 5.5 hours depending on usage. What is even more interesting is the built in DMB tuner which allows user to watch television in PIP and even record it. Sadly there is no hard disk option for this device to save those shows. Maybe we can have an external storage with the USB port available. It is not confirmed yet as the product is yet to be release. It is expected to be release soon in UK, US and South Korea.
