Wanted to buy a Dopod 838 about 3 months ago but its processor speed lost out to the ETEN M600. So I bought the latter but it sure did not have GPS built in to it. It would have been a very useful geocaching tool to bring along. Darn. And this is about USD 250 cheaper than my ETEN M600. Think of all the Starbucks I could have drank !
Dopod introduces the Dopod P100 one nice PDA device with built-in WiFi 802.11b) and GPS. The user-friendly interface and design of Dopod P100 minimises the need to use the touch screen, ensuring maximum convenience for people on the go. It has 128MB ROM, 64MB RAM, and MMC (Multimedia Card) and SD (Secure Digital) slots.
Dopod P1OO is currently one of the slimmest GPS-enabled PDAs in the world. This device is very thin, light and its antenna-less design enables convenient usage wherever you are. With the supplied GPS MapKing navigation software the P1OO can actually provide you real-time driving directions when you are in car!
With Dopod P100 you can watch videos, organise your schedules and play your favourite tunes everywhere you are. Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system features allow you also to check their e-mail via a broad suite of connectivity options such as built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
