New GPS device Mio C210 released in Europe

Mio Technology, manufacturer of portable navigation devices, announces european availability of the C210 2 weeks ago (15 June 2006). With the following features - all for 299€ - entry-level sat-nav need no longer mean compromising on performance:
*Full touch-screen entry and seven digit postcode recognition
*Full local Mapping and major roads of Europe with optional upgrades covering 24 European countries via the memory card slot (SD/MMC, up to 2 GB)
*TMC compatibility for live traffic updates and suggested alternative routes to avoid congestion (requires additional receiver)
*Safety camera database built in to alert drivers of camera locations, ability to add new cameras and with free database updates for one year
*Thousands of Points of Interest searchable by location, category or name, with an option to add your own
*Audio and visual speed limit warnings for every road in the country
*Crystal clear 65,000 colour touch screen with intuitive interface for extremely simple operation
*The latest SiRFstarIII GPS receiver for quick start up and accurate fixes in built up areas

yea. its better if it includes TV and FM radio functions
Is there any way that I can be traced using a GPS reciver thorugh internet, like if am outside and my GPS is working is there any application by which anybody can trace me sitting on computer?
