Panasonic launches their new MP3 players – the SVMP120 and SVMP110 with a consumer digital music download service – Panasonic Mainstream.
Customers will be able to download tracks (digitized in Microsoft Corp.’s DRM-protected WMA (Windows Media Audio) software) and buy hardware including its two latest models, the SVMP120 and SVMP110, from the online Panasonic music store at the Panasonic Musicstream site. Good thing is any other WMA-supported player can also be used to buy tracks from the Panasonic’s site.
Funnily I visited their Online Panasonic store and the players are “Temporarily out of stock”. Duh
