Nokia N81 Slider Launched

Some sites have touted the new Nokia N81 to rival iPhone since there is a direct download function for its online music marketplace. The new Nokia N81 Slider launched today with great specs to boot.
With dedicated music and gaming keys, 3.5 mm headphone connector and 3G and WLAN connectivity, the Nokia N81 multimedia computer is a true mobile entertainment powerhouse. With a sleek, polished surface and keys that light up when you activate them, accessing content on the 3D multimedia menu is fast and intuitive. Equally impressive, the Nokia N81 is configured to find, buy, manage and play music and games purchased from the Nokia Music Store and N-Gage games service. The estimated retail price of the Nokia N81 is 360 EUR before subsidies or taxes. The Nokia N81 8GB is expected to retail for 430 EUR before subsidies or taxes. Both versions are expected to begin shipping in the fourth quarter of 2007.
Nonetheless, I’m setting my eyes on the Nokia N82 as it has integrated GPS and a 5 megapixel camera with flash. Those specs are going to make me convert to a Nokia again since I’m still tied to my old Eten 600 PDA phone.

ive asked personel of nokia..they said they dun haf news abt when its launching..but philipines, india and australia are launching soon…does it mean that singapre will not have this model?
or is it at a later date…by looking at its features, i dun think they will put it up wif 2 yrs contract..but my contract is ending soon..anybody have any nokia phone to intro??

err why not u wan ..what kind of phone ?? if u wan music get an Xpressmusic phone or N73 ?? if u wan camera .. get a sony… but i suggest u not to get a too good phone .. or u wont get ur N81 … im also waiting t get an N81 and hope the price to drop … currently now .. its about 750- 1k i think … ought to wait for the price to drop … as now it is to ex
well..i got an 6120 classic orredy…and currently im still holding on to my N73..so dun haf the nid to buy another one..haha~dat means if i get to buy N81, i will trade in my N73..
