This new Samsung 3D Cell Phone looks cool and takes pictures in 3D. Now you can take photos of Paris Hilton and dream of her in 3D too. Samsung should add in 3D sound effects for a better experience (like the i730) . Expect it to cost a bomb.
Samsung Electro-Mechanics developed a 3D-camera to be adopted for mobile devices from next year.
The company demonstrated 3D images created by the mobile handset equipped with the 3D camera module. According to a company official, the 3D-camera for mobile phone based on human eye system offers realistic and immersive experiential images. The 3D module is on a different level from software technology that merely imitates 3D images, added the official. He also said, “When the module is commercialized in the future, it will offer various lifelike contents through mobile handsets.”
