Sony FW-Series Now Available for Pre-Order

As The Site Guy said in an IM conversation: “The MacBook Air was spec’ed to match Sony’s TZ Series”. While some people will definitely find that doubtful, let’s go out on a limb and say that the new VAIO FW Series really looks good, shall we?

- 2.80Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo
- Windows Vista Ultimate
- 16.4″ widescreen display
- 400GB 4200rpm hard drive
- 4GB RAM (2GB x 2, DDR2-800)
- Blu-ray RW Drive
- Up to 8 hours of battery life (on min power settings obviously)
- ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3470 with 256MB vRAM
WiFi (a/b/g/n) and Bluetooth are standard. This hefty laptop will be available in “Titanium Gray” and White. Sony’s taking pre-orders here.
